Is there any cost associated with this service?

Depending on the funds transfer method, you may have to pay a fee charged by the selected institution, over which Alvaforce does not have any control. We recommend consulting our transfer method table that specifies which services charge fees and which ones do not.

What is an account?

An account is a record that allows making investments within the availability of Alvaforce. Alvaforce doesn’t manage funds, these are in charge of the duly registered brokers regulated by the authorities of the financial system.

What is an investment?

By proposing an investment, you are subscribing to the execution of a strategy set aiming to achieve an average monthly income in the short/medium term that is equivalent to the proposal presented in the submission offer.

How can I open a customer account?

Via the registration page. Alternatively, contact us and our support teams will be available to guide you in the registration process and Alvaforce investments submission. We also provide any type of clarification about our solution and conditions.

What is the minimum amount for opening an account?

The minimum amount for an Alvaforce investment portfolio is $290. This value is defined based on the management and maintenance costs of our service and the characteristics of the available investment portfolios.

What are the required documents to open an account?

A copy of your ID and a proof of address with less than 6 months of validity.

Is there any commission for opening and managing the account (maintenance costs)?

No. Alvaforce proposes to be your investment partner, sharing strategies and profits in a winning partnership that aims to obtain mutual income, so you can value your capital.

Can I create more than one account? Is there a limit?

Yes. There is no limit or counterpart to the number of accounts you can create.

When does my account become active?

For legal and regulatory reasons, the new account approval period may take approximately 12 hours.

When and where can I start trading after opening an account?

After opening an account by filling in a form, you will have access to our customer area, where you can upload your investment portfolio and submit an investment to the Alvaforce strategy. If you prefer, you can count on the support of the Alvaforce team to guide you in this process.

How do I withdraw payouts from my investment account to my bank account?

By accessing the customer area you will have the withdrawal option that will allow you easily and quickly to perform the operation of withdrawing funds from the wallet to your bank.

How long does it take to transfer money from my investment account to my bank account?

Between one and three business days. This period may vary depending on the financial institution you are working with.

Why didn't I receive my activation/confirmation email?

Usually, when this email isn’t in your inbox, it may have been forwarded to your spam folder. There may also be some delay in sending emails. If you haven’t received an email within one business day, please contact us so we can investigate the situation.

What are the opening hours?

Every working day, except holidays, from 9:00h to 17:00h UTC - 3.

What languages are available for customer service?

Alvaforce guarantees the service in Portuguese and English. The remaining languages will be available according to the team's availability.

What is an account?

An account is a registration made with us allowing you to make investments in the strategies that Alvaforce makes available. Alvaforce does not manage funds, these being the responsibility of brokers who are duly registered and regulated with the authorities that regulate the financial system.

Alvaforce has two available investments to date. Alvaforce One and Alvaforce Plus.

Can investments change over time?

Yes. As the financial markets are a volatile environment, Alvaforce teams are always following their variations and new opportunities that may arise to maximize the return on your investment. In this context, new products may be created, and Alvaforce reserves the right to change the list of assets in which it participates, always safeguarding the notification and acceptance of the change.

How do I make an investment order?

Accessing our client area and after loading your portfolio, access the investments area, select the Alvaforce product you want and choose the option to invest by selecting the desired amount from the wallet.

Where do I check my account balance and the results of my investments?

Via e-mail or through your Customer Area. Alvaforce sends a detailed report of your investments every day, as well as access to the application where you can check the performance of your current investment.

What are the conditions for moving the invested capital?

Unlike other products on the financial market, there is no penalty for moving or withdrawing your capital on an Alvaforce investment. However, it’s necessary to highlight that the withdrawal will refer to the current value of the market capital , which may be lower or higher than the initially invested amount.

What financial management systems does Alvaforce operate on?

Alvaforce makes use of MAM (Multi-Account Manager) accounts. There are several financial management systems in the foreign exchange market. MAM is one of the most common and is defined as:

MAM (Multi-Account Manager) works according to each individual investor's account size allowing the manager to assign higher leverage to specific sub-accounts if any of the investors have that preference. This feature makes MAM accounts particularly suitable for investors with high risk tolerance. MAM also guarantees total transparency for the investor.

How often do we update financial data information on the website?

Current information about products’ performance and our offer is updated on a monthly basis.

How does Alvaforce ensure the security and privacy of my account?

Your personal data is safe through the use of SSL certificates that encrypt your connection. In addition, your data is also stored in encrypted format on the server. Please contact us if for any reason you believe that your account has been compromised and/or you lose access to it.

What does Alvaforce do with my data?

What mechanisms does Alvaforce have for investor protection?

Funds segregation - Alvaforce follows serious financial practices and fund segregation principles, not sharing its investments or the company's share capital with those of its clients.
Protected capital - We guarantee the security of our clients' funds by working with renowned international banking institutions, joining the structures established by our regulators.
Compensation Fund - Through Geomatrix Lda, we are a member of the Investor Compensation Fund Policy (ICF), a fund that serves to protect eligible retail customers by paying compensations if the company fails to repay funds and/or financial instruments due to financial matters, as applicable.

How are profits shared?

Profits generated by Alvaforce's stock investments are shared when these same investment shares achieve the goal, sharing 50% of the capital with Alvaforce. The customer will thus retain the value of the invested capital plus its dividends on the investment made, and then can choose between withdrawing the return or apply it in the form of compound interest.

How does Alvaforce earn money?

Alvaforce proposes to make its strategies available, sharing the profits with you, and helping you in the process of joining the free market. Alvaforce makes money through successful investments just like you do. We only win when you win too!
